    For a flawless product experience, VULLI S.A.S. offers an after-sales service. So if your product is unfortunately affected, we ask you to contact directly the professional dealer, point of sale or website where the purchase was made, with your proof of purchase.

    In accordance with Articles 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and 1641 of the Civil Code, your seller is liable for the legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects. You have a period of two years to make use of these guarantees.

    We do not exchange products directly and all products less than 24 months old are covered by our legal product guarantee and can be serviced via the professional dealer, retail outlet or website where the purchase was made.

    Exchange under warranty is done directly via the professional dealer, point of sale or website, with the receipt / invoice mentioning the date of purchase.
