Je cherche comment joindre le service consommateur car j\\\'ai 3 enfants qui ont tous eu Sophie et je l\\\'ai acheté pour ma dernière il y a quelques mois, elle s\\\'en sert depuis environ 1 mois (elle a 6 mois) et Sophie se craque à plusieurs endroits alors je suis étonnée de la qualité de Sophie. que dois je faire ?
